bolt patterns

anyone know how to find a bolt pattern of a wheels with a tape ..also is there a website where you can get a list of what all makes and models have...

I don't know if you are looking for your toyota but it is 5 x4.5"

no i have a set of wheels that i know is 5x4.5 and another bolt pattern but not sure what...i know its smaller then the toyta pattern

is measures 4 3/8 what would that be
