The upper balljoint might be binding, if it is just pie cut the control arm.

would the stabilzer do it also

show some pics of it laid out and we might be able to see or help tell you what to look at

It would be nothing for you to crawl under there and pull that stabilizer to find out.  I'm not sure if it has changed between my model and yours but it only took like 10-15 min to pull mine out.  But it still probably will be that upper ball joint.  You'd have to pie cut like Dan said.  Do those trucks have the strut rods coming from up under the radiator to the lca?  If it does make sure that it's not resting on the steering arm. To get rid of those you'll have to triangulate lca.  Never mind about the difference between models.  We have the same truck.  You just have the taco bed and it threw me off.

Did you figure it out?

you still have your strut bars on there? If so you need to triangulate the arm and remove those.. they keep the toys from laying

If you think it's the upper ball joint just unbolt it, put a couple washers under the inside bolts of the balljoint between the arm and joint to correct the angle and see if it lays.  When it does then you know how much you need to angle them.
