Does anyone know if they offer an adhesive or contact cement that can be brushed on to do upholstery work? I have some small interior parts that I need to cover but they are made onto another panel that is already covered and I dont want to use a spray to avoid getting glue all over the fabric that is already there next to it.

you can brush any contact cement on with a small paint brush, like the ones for kids and there water paint's.  but you must get it very thin so it can get tacky to the touch or els it will not stick for very long. you can get the contact cement pint size with a pop top like the bondo can has, in your hardware store. get the can with the red labile made by DAP like the one in the pic. it will work better than you think.  Just make shure you brush it thin.

You might have it already handled, but you can use masking tape and mask off the lines or areas you want to glue.  I'd rather do that than brush it  but, I don't know exactly what your project is.
