Tattoos and the car scene

So I'm working with a reputable (spelling?) tattoo shop in town. The owner has a lifted F350 or so, so hes obviously a car guy. I'm trying to show him that theres other means to advertising, mainly just taking the truck to car shows to get out the shop name.
 
My question is how many individuals in the scene have tattoos, not just little things, but 1/4 sleeves or more. The shop only does big jobs.
 
So rough guess? What percentage of individuals would you say have 'large' tattoos (1/4 sleeve or more)?
