The most cost effective method is the salvage yard.  Find other knuckles that work and shafts that will be the length you require.  I recall Aerostar as a name my buddy and I looked at. The more expensive route is after market components.  Flaming River has shafts you can cut to length and knuckles for different applications.  It can add up fast though. Good luck.  In the end I went with a Mustang2 rack so it was much easier.

The Toyota box uses an 11/16" 36 spline U-joint. Flaming river sells them.

Sorry didn't see this earlier.. We just got mine done this weekend.. This is what we did     I got the u-joints from a place called Woodward steering.. I got 3 u-joints from them and 2 heims to support the steering. The total for the u-joints came to $170 shipped 2nd day air to my house.. The same u-joints from FlamingRiver will run you about $20 more per joint. However you can get them polished which if you want to go that route you can..    The joints I got from Woodward using their part numbers are UA108, UA100 and UA109.. Those 3 u-joints worked perfectly... Here is a link to their catalog   http://www.woodwardsteering.com/Cat05/Cat05%20PDF%2049-55%20may%2007%20update.pdf
