what do i need to put a 68 front clip on my 69 chevy short bed

  are the fenders and hood the same? would all i need is the grille? also is the core support the same?

You are going to need the hood,fenders,grille,hood latch,grille splash pan,core support, core support bushings,and the core support brackets that are attached to the frame with four rivets.  I did the swap many years ago and to the best of my memory thats all you need.
