I have a 94 p/u and want to do a stock floor body drop. what size tubing should i use? i think it would need a 2x2 to lay but i dont think that is strong enough. i could use a 2x3 but it would have to be laid on its side which i dont think is much stronger than the 2x2. if i used a 2x3 the way normally i would only get 1 3/4" drop which wouldnt lay. i would have to do a 3/4" traditional to get it to lay rocker. any help would be appreciated

Use 2x3 in the traditional fashion (tall) and cut the floor where the frame hits. Just rebuild that part, you don't need to do a complete traditional on top of that.

I did two rails of 2x2 .250 wall thickness on each side.  mine frame doesnt flex as much as the factory frame did.

i think im gonna go with the 2x3 because i race motocross and plan on loading it down with bikes and gear. i was also wondering if the 95-00 fenders, hood, and bumper would fit? without to much work

I dont know how to post pics on here anymore.  There are pics of the frame in my first profile for the 88 toyota.
