its harder to get a center cap then it is to get a new rim...but if it was me i would try and find something that would fit..like on my kmcs thos truckers lug caps fit in there just need to find a way to get the to stay ..i thought silycon ...but if its the ones that cover all the lugs best bet is to make a mold of one you got and make a fiberglass part and get it chromed
