Almost all chevy trucks lean an inch to the drivers side. You just dont notice it until the truck is lowered. Your best option is to buy a 1" coil spacer to even it out or drop the other side another inch.

I would check your rubber cab mounts, and maybe your fender mounts. These can get worn causing it to look tilted. Usually its lower on the driver side since the drive side is used most. I would check the distance from the frame to the ground to, not just from the body. If your frame is the same on either side/front/back,,, its your body mounts probably. If your frame is off too, I'm not sure what it would be if everything is seated correctly.

at lunch all go home and check it, this sucks.

They usually all lean a bit. Driver and gas tank all on that side too...not helping matters.  You can measure, but I bet you need a spacer in that spring pocket.

I know s-10s need a one inch spacer on the drivers side because it is one inch lower to compensate for road crown. Maybe the full sizes too?

Has anybody adjusted their swaybar to help compensate this some?  Should have the same effect as pre-loading suspension an a drag car. Of course you could only go a little but it would have the effect of adding just a little extra lift to that side.
