ok just curious if its would be a good idea to use a heim for an upper balljoint?  any pros/cons? if i remember correct max you made some control arms for a taco and used heims instead of the balljoint, can you point me in the right direction as far as best heims and where to get adapters made to fit a mazda spindle to accept a heim. any help would be great... thanks in advance

There is a guy on here that makes adapters for the different trucks. The amount of useable angle of a heim to a balljoint is not equal. The balljoint almost always has more useable angle. The advantage of using a heim is cleanliness. A balljoint is hard to attach too nicely, even if you find a good way to do it, a sherical part will usually look better.
