power steering belt

has anybody installed a power steering belt on a 90 b2200 can not figure out how the pully drops down to install it and do not wanna break anything

First you've got to loosen the alternator and remove the fan belt. Then you need to loosen the tensioner nut in the middle of the AC belt tensioner pully. Then loosen the tensioner bolt which I believe is a 12mm bolt pointing straight up at you. Then you can pull the belt, put the new one on, and put things back together in reverse order.
