body drop

really want to and im really considering body dropping my 87 ranger i kno some of the problems il face but not all of them so can some one fill me in on wat to expect may start tomarrow if i get enough info so thank you

im starting on my 88 next week. im doing a hilux front clip and going to the doors with a irs out of a 240sx on 20s. what exactly are you wanting to know about it? whats done to the truck already?

I take it your still running i beams??? i havent looked at ur profile and quite frankly im a little tipsy at the moment but i would suggest yota clippin it first then body droppin it which im sure ull hear from others. r u going traditional or stfb?  We need a little more info before we can give the info u want...

yes i kno ibeams suck iv learnd that the hard way iv got the dream beams on, the trucks fully bagged on 18s, im ganna leave the beams on idk why i just want to i maybe wanna body drop to the doors? and il prolly just do a traditional id like to kno more about the pronblems with the pedals and the problems il face with the engine compartment

I havent BD a ranger but Ive bagged and worked on a few.  James should chime in  You will have a crooked BD being that the frame doesn't lay flat which im sure u already know this as far as the pedals go you can problably shorten them or move them up and play around with the linkage a little.  as far as everything else will just be relocating all the BS under the dash or on the firewall.

3 in bd will put you on the rockers. i wouldnt go much further with out a yota clip on any size wheel.
