need help!

i wired up my boys valves up but when i go to hit a switch on the switchbox nothin works. but if we go directly to the battery with a valve itll work. and if we ground it to the frame it wont work either. so we took a grinder to a part on the frame and still nothin

what switchbox? 

if you're using one of the generic 10 switch boxes it could be a bad box.  had that happen before.  ground all your valves to a good ground.  hook the power wire in the box to a good positive source and connect all the corresponding wires to the valves.  if still nothing either the box is bad or you're doing it wrong.  hope this helps   good luck.

if its a avs or eai.... try unlocking it... serious. heard alot of people forget about that..

if its to the battery like the positive to the positive and negative to negative it works but if we put positive to positive and negative to a ground on the frame it does nothing

make sure its a really good ground..if you have an extra chunk of wire connect from the frame to the negative on the battery. perhaps just a weak ground.... wouldnt imagine this wouldnt cause the truck to not ground. but yeah. fat wire from negative directly to frame

alright ill see if this works man we've been trying to figure this out for awhile. cause the valves work wen directly to battery but if ones grounded they dont work. and we cleaned up the frame where the ground is

even if there is already a ground from the frame to battery replace it. it may have messed up.
