nbs inner fenders with air or bd..

hey guys, getting nice here finally here  in ny and looking to get my truck on thr road again... and  well i need to do something about my rubbing issue.. so where do you guys cutt the inner fenders when you air or bd and where do you reloacte fuse, battery, coolant?  pics would be AWSOME..    since i will eventually air it ( summer i hope and id wanna make room so when i do bd it ill be alright) and im also running 24'sthanks in adavance!
