Alright max, got another question for ya, what IS bump steer exactly? I know it has to do with the tie rods and theyre relation to the control arms, i know i have to have bump steer, the people who built my colorado raised the rack about an inch and a quarter because they thought they tie rod ends were binding (they werent at all) , and my toe is awful, i have it set at my ride height so i can drive it, but of course it toes out whenever its laid out, the steering is in front of the control arms if that helps, thanks! btw sorry if im abusing this section hahaha

If you search "bumpsteer" with google that is actually the first articul that pops up.....To fix your problem you need to drop your rack back down...unitl the frt suspension looks as close to this as possible....then it should fix alot of your problems...but there might still need to be some fine tuning. I built several full scale models out of wood of my front suspension....playing with mounting points...arms links etc until I got zero bumpsteer. It was time consuming, and frustrating at times but well worth it in the long run.

^^^ Agreed! You need to move the rack back to it's original position or modify the spindle to work with the new rack position (not recomended). There are a few race suppliers that sell the parts to dial in your bump steer, but it needs to close to start with and an 1 1/4" out is not close.
