? need help with air

quick and to the point.  i have a toggle switch in between the ground on my relay.  when i flip the switch on you can hear the relay clicking but the compressors will not come on.   anyone know what the problem can be?  i know the ground is good because its been working and on the car for 5 years.   i have 2 relays to and netiher one of them will let the compressors come on.   just the relay or whatelse should i look at?  

make sure you have the relay wired the right way.  the 87 prong goes to red wire on compressor. 85 is chassis ground.  30 goes to battery. 86 goes to pressure switch.  what i did on my system to turn off the compressors is run a toggle switch between the pressure switch and key on power.  i also used 8g wire for my ground and power on the relay to make sure there wasnt any problems with the wires being too small.   hope that helped

Do you have a fuse or circut breaker on the compressor? If so check both of them. If you have a test light check and make sure the compressor is getting power. If it is you prolly need a compressor. If its not getting power check the compressor ground and the pressure switch. I have also bought relays that clicked but didnt work also.
