got a 86 720 baged spindls and 17 inch eskis with the smallest tires.all Xmambers have been reworked to lay rails hard. the tire hits the clutch master cyl when all the way down. i cant lay it out and drag like this.... how hard is it to relocate? whats involved and things i should really look out for when doing this. i prob wont be doing this my self.... prob with help from friends.

just looking for some input befor we jump in to this... anyone? is this a hard mod to do... i mean if it rubs on 17's wtf.... right? gotta move it cuz im not gonna run pathfinders forever lol.... its set up to lay on 18's but i just runnin the eskis for a wile... its just my rain ride.

i replaced my factory clutch mater cylinder with one from a 91 toyota corolla. the mounting bolt layout is opposite so you just have to re drill two holes in the firewall. the line comes out of the top and not the side so all this combined gives you clearance. you will have to shorten the shaft that goes to the clutch peddle but thats not that difficult. i have 18s with 205 40s and its body dropped to the rock with the pinch weld gone and i can drag all day. hope this helps

thanks... ive seen your truck like 40 times. your is one reason i got this 720. i was diggin for pics of yours in my show pics from years ago... just didnt find and if the clutch and break MC's. i never remberd these damm break boosters being so damm long.

quick fix  .......when i had my 17s & layed frame  i loosen the bottom bolt &  added a couple of washers between the MC & the firewall... so once it was tighten down again it angled up just enough to clear......

i'm actually trying to sell mine right now. its been sitting up for the past 2 years and i just went thru it and made sure everything was i good workin condition. even afeter 2 years it fired right up!!!

right on guys... thanks.... anyone else with some tips. i like the washer thing... worth a try i guess.
