Should just need 8 to 10 lug adapters. Try here   www.tnwheelandtire.com

Super singles are the newer style rims and tires the rigs are running. With only one massive wide rim and tire combo on the back instead of two. Cement trucks have been running them on the front forever. I also have an 82 dually and was told that our body style will not work in a lowered/bagged application. something about the rims stick out past the fenders a couple inches. I don't know if it's the particular mfg. or the track width on this body style.  So i'm kinda in the same boat as you, needing more info

you only have so much room between the rails and the wheel wells.. theres companies on the web ive seen that machine the inner faces of the wheel down to get the tires as close to each other as possible. also, you could narrow the rear end as well.  theres always a solution. you just have to be willing to find it.

All you need are the correct wheels and adapters. We build both in house and I can answer any other questions you may have about the truck or the wheels. As for the wheels sticking out past the rear fenders, this is an issue that plagues nearly ever dually with semi wheels on them. In your trucks case we build a special offset wheel for the rear outer that is called a "Townasty" wheel. They will bolt on the old squarebody trucks in the rear and tuck with no modifications. However if you are going to body this truck the rear dually fenders will also have to be raised up for clearance. You can check out our website or our myspace page for some pics of squarebody Chevys with our Townasty wheels on them along with tons of other rides we have done.
