All you need are the correct wheels and adapters. We build both in house and I can answer any other questions you may have about the truck or the wheels. As for the wheels sticking out past the rear fenders, this is an issue that plagues nearly ever dually with semi wheels on them. In your trucks case we build a special offset wheel for the rear outer that is called a "Townasty" wheel. They will bolt on the old squarebody trucks in the rear and tuck with no modifications. However if you are going to body this truck the rear dually fenders will also have to be raised up for clearance.
