gc valve problem

alright i got some gc valves blue top if that means anything,well sometimes they stik and sometimes they dont what is goin its frustrating cause its my daily and if i can not keep my rea up i can not drive it.Has anybod else had this problem?

do they stick going up, down or all of they above?

both sometimes just had a wrecker bring me home...right now its the up and then its the down one min lol...should have never got rid of m parkers for these lol sorry just irratated..i have two temporary air bag it.com valves up front and they are way more reliable then these

I just put a brand new set on a yota 4 months ago and they have stuck since day one. They are about to become my back ups and i'll order some reliable ol SMC's. GC are way too expensive to be this bad!!!

Have you pulled them out and checked the diaphragm at all to make sure there is nothing causing it to stick? (teflon, pebble, ect)  I've got GC 250s on mine and had them since day one, daily driven for two years now and they havent stuck on me once. Great valve IMO. 

I don't know what all you have or how it's ran but i do know that the GC valve has been known to stick from time to time, I have found that if i give them some sort of back pressure then they stop sticking. but that is more or less for the dump valve. like taking a 1/2" dump valve and use about 3"s  of 1/2" copper line and then crimp the end down just a little at a time.  but that is not the case for the fill valve. they get pressure from both sides of the valve.  But if it was my problem then i would do what  "bagtodrag (Brian@KEGMedia)"  was talking about. Good luck with the sticky problem bro..

NOTHING IN THEM THEY ARE CLEAN I CLEANED THEM OUT ANYWAYS WITH A CLEAN RAG MADE SURE THEY WERE 100% DRY,PUT THEM BACK ON AND HTEY WORK LOL,LAYED IT OUT PICKED IT UP,AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW IT STUCK AND DID THE SEAL DEAL.TAPED BACK UP AND IT STOPED IT,WORKED FINE AFTER THAT I COULD DROP IT AND PICK UP NO PROBLEM AT ALL DROVE IT AROUND TOWN JUST FINE UP DOWN THE WHOLE DEAL,WAS HAPPY,ON MY WAY HOME JUST NOW WENT TO PICK IT UP TO KEEP BUMPER FROM HITTING BOX IN ROAD,IT FALLS AGAIN SOUNDING LIKE A SEAL,SO JUST DRUG BUMPER HOME AND NOW I'M SITTING HERE LOST THEY WORK THEN THEY DONT THEN THEY DO THEN THEY DONT...WHERE ARE MAC DADDY'S WHEN YOU NEED THEM,I'M NOT SAYIN THAT GC IS BAD I'VE HEARD NOTHIG BUT GOOD I'M SURE ITS JUST SOMETHING SIMPLE THAT I'M OVER LOOKING
