I need to know if I will need to have my rearend narrowed.
I am bodydropped 3 inches.
I am wanting to run 22x9s with 255-30-22 tires.

The specs on the wheels are as followed.

22x9
35 mm offset
6.25 inches backspacing.

Put the wheels on the axle, measure the width from outside of the tires. Then measure the inner walls of the bedsides. If the measurement on the axle with wheels and tires on it is larger than the measurment in-between the sheet metal you will have to narrow your rear end, but I am not telling you how much, you will have to figure that out using a calculator. Sounds simple enough.        sorry I am feeling very smart assish this morning.

What year is it?  If its 99-06 they should fit without narrowing.

oh, sorry. I forgot to mention that it's an 88-98. Also, I don't have the wheels and tires yet. That will be last I am going to get everything including paint and interior befor I order wheels. I am just curous befor I do my four link and bag set up. I figured that if I needed it narrowed, I'd go ahead and get it done.

well if it were me I would narrow it just so I could run a wider wheel so you could have that staggered look. ya know? I am going to be putting a 78 model rear on my toy and that is going to give me like 2" of extra room and its a stock, unmodified axle. But I just like the staggered look. I have seen 24s on those fullsize chevys laying body.

with a plus 35 offset u should be ok with the factory rear end.i only narrowed mine 1 1/2 on each side for 24s
