I'm not much Help but a guy in town had an f350 with hydro's on the front and bags in the rear. when i saw the title of this topic i thought it was going to be his truck! LOL I don't remember the reason he did it though, now, I would guess it was for more lift in the front?

I Know you can bag the rear with a "Super Duper" 4 link with any stabilizer you choose and tow but i am not sure of the precise towing weight limit. Although i would shoot for the factory suspensions weight limit and go from there. I don't know about hydraulics but common sense would tell me that if you used the correct parts for your application " towing" then yes, you could also use hydraulics on your f-350 and tow.One of the hydraulics revolution dudes hopefully will help you in this area!
