suicide door question

i have suicide doors on my truck. and the way my inside handles is setup is hella ghetto so how are you guys setting up the inside handles that go to the inside of the door to open it

do you have pics of your current setup?

no i dont its just like a cable going from the inside of the door to the handle.. it looks like shit and i want something that looks better
