finally telling what i'm doing to my truck lol hope you like

i'm currently buying stuff for my tahoe 2 door.  it is a 4wd 95 2 door 350 tbi tahoe.  i've gotten it all layed out in my books and head as to what i'm going to do.  i'm doing a full frame build to make it 2wd and sfbd it.  i'm removing everything from under the hood and cleaning it out with NOTHING  on the firewall.  i'm rebuilding the350 in it and mating it to a vw beetle transaxle out of a first gen and its going to be a rear engine rwd bagged suv.  i'm sheetmetalling the entire hood (old engine bay) are to make it my new "TRUNK" lol and moving the brake booster under the truck. and using 2 small radiators in the rear with the engine and putting vents in the quarter panels to suck in the air to cool it and the new engine bay will be accessed through the old rear window and door hatch.  and the interior will have all the switches hidden for the air control.and a few other things but thats the jist of it.  i've got alot of stuff so far but i will start posting pics soon.  what yall think.  oww and it is going to be a driven a good bit.  when i start tearing it apart i will be selling all of the 4wd shit. let you know when it is for sale.

i'm going to have fun with it,  should start it within a month or two at the most.  sheetmetaling the rear to cover the engine will be the most fun part  i think.  i got a plan for it but i know how things change and get tweeked so it will be a lil different.  soon as i get pics i will post and keep you posted on a daily basis.

yeah i was thinking about that and it just seemed to plain to do all that modding and then a black paint job,  i'll get a rendering done soon to let everyone know what it will look like.  does anyone know  a good place to get one done?

You know most VW bug trans are 4 speed right? If you want a 5 speed you can convert them but that can cost some money. Or you can go to a Porche 914 trans. Lots of VW guys swap to it. It is the same track width but a higher end trans that is 5 speed.
