whats the difference?

i need a frame for 88-98 chevy and i found one on craigslist that is from the generation before that, what is the difference between them?  i'm cuting it off at the firewall anyway to build a frame.  what would it take to modify the front frame horn (rad support) to fit my 95 tahoe?

if your talking about the c-10 frame then they are quite different.

is the front frame horns wider and further from the wheels?  if so, could i cut them off and build new frame horns to fit?

the frame is actually narrower and you will run into problems with the steering and exhaust. 88-98 everything tucks nicely inside the frame.

how much you want to pay for a complete frame? im kinda far away though

im looking to spend up to 200.  chrisrodshop,  how much for the donor truck?  and i'm new to ny, i'm from sc,  how strict are the inspection on bagged trucks, and what would i need to look out for?  cause in sc, we don't have inspections.
