Urgent! Balljoint Thread Specs Needed! FREE T SHIRT!

I’m having some custom balljoint cups made to build some control arms for my new project.


 


I did the CAD drawings but I need to spec the threads for my machinist.


 


I am using K772 uppers and K778 lowers and I cant get a good reading off the threads on the joint, since apparently they aren’t an actual thread.


 


I know lots of people make and use cups for these joints that ARE threaded to accept them. I would just by them but I needed taller cups than the ones on the market. If anyone can get me a thread spec for them it would be great. Free t-shirt to the first guy that can help! I need this ASAP!!

Free bump if nothing else... Lengths; OAL- 4.25 Cup length - 1.595 Taper length- 1.4 Thread length- 1.1 Diameters: Cup @ threads- 1.84 Top of taper- (big end) .712 Bottom of taper- (small end) .610 Threads- 56 (9/16-18)    http://www.hotrodders.com/forum/please-help-need-help-id-lower-ball-joint-128971.html

yeah those are the thread specs for the actual shaft. I need em for the 1.84 Cup Threads. Thanks though.My machinist is gonna go pick up a set of joints to try to figure it out but if anyone knows for sure please post it up!
