89-93 Flipping balljoints?

to lay out on 20's do you flip these balljoints or just use spindles or both?

it would be way better to use drop spindles cause your gonna need them anyway or your tie rods will bind up bad and wont go into the stock spindles. at least mine wouldnt even with my 18's.
