There is still no rear floor and the gas tank is still in the back seat.  My free time is very limited these days with my 3 month old little girl and 3 year old son, but I'd love to at least have the new fuel tank in it by BTN.  My original plans were to shave it and suicide the back doors, but I'm pretty content with the way it sits and the factory paint remains pretty flawless.  Of course, I'm going to shave the old gas door and I may clean up the wiper off the rear hatch, but that's probably it.  Once the rear floor and stereo is in I'll probably call it done.  I've always wanted something at SEMA, so if I find someone who wants it out there then I will go a little more crazy on it.  Thanks for all the positive feed back.

A little over tow years ago I found this picture and shortly after pulled my Armada into the garage to tear it apart.  It's rewarding to have achieved by goal and most importantly sit even lower  My insparation: My Armada back in 2006:Beginnings of my transformation 2007:Mission Accomplished 2009

Mission accomplished??? I don't think so buddy. You need to get to work on the back and get that thing road worthy, And by road worthy I mean... able to drive for an hour without getting poisoned by fumes and hit in the back of the head by rocks. It looks like a bad chicken on the outside, now get that inside to match!

Im diggin it. I saw it at WCN. Sick truck man!! The license plate goes right along with me and my buddie's plates. And an Armada slammed is intimidating. My only question, is why leave the running boards? Why not just scrap them and go to the limit? Im not hating... dont get me wrong, its a sick truck and I dont have the 60 g's to drop on it, but the running boards just look so out of place IMO. None the less. Hope to see it at the next show. Keep up the good work!!

Keep up the good work!! ---------------------------------------------In my opinion if I were to remove the running boards I would have to get the rockers on the ground and after two years of insurance and car payments on a truck that didn't move...I think I'll keep it where it sits and just enjoy driving it.  I get mixed reviews on the running boards all the time, but (in my opinion) since it's an SUV with a roof rack, mud flaps, side molding, and all the other trim items...the running boards don't look too bad.  I do plan to paint them black in the near future.

Nothing wrong with the running boards... Looks sick, Aaron!
