ok 1st of i have never had to flip a axle on anything so ...what i need to know is when you filp the axle ....do i have to make a new hole for the center pin ...cause after the flip the bolt on the springs dosnt line up with the center of the axle..and i know the axle didnt move when everything was apart...i know some of the kits you buy has the hole moved to one end ...so im guessing this is spose to happen

are you talking about the pin in the leaf if so this is how we do it.Go buy new spring perches. Those weld to the rearend sit those flat on the leaf spring and set the rearend on those.line it up make sure th rearend is equale on both sidesIf you buy block put those on first .before you weld it make sure the pinion angle is correct.make a plate for the bottom so the ubolts to go threw and your good to go.That is the cheapest todo it also.Hope that helps

after you flip..the rear end should set about an inch further back. This is to keep your driveshaft from ramming into the tranny, if you went straight up 6 inches you would have to shorten the driveshaft

oh..and i normally have to modify one side of the flip (the c-shaped piece) to get the pinion angle right. You can usually grind down one side to adjust that angle.

well on the dually the springs ara about 5 6 inchs thick ...so when i put the axle back in place the center pin is almost on the edge of the axle ...and just new psring perchs will not line upunless i was the tires to rub my fenders
