let me make this double clear i didnt do any of the work to the truck but now i can say it will be done right... the upper 4 link cross member was welded to the bed mounts with no support added from the factory and broke completely in three spots alone...the bag brackets are being torn from the frame and last but not least the lower 4 link bars were tearing at the frame

the bed is badass as you can see in my profile and when the upper bar x-member fell and i limped it home i checked and this is what i found...i know i wouldnt want to be known by work like this...

and i havent been in the scene long but i believe in the bridge across the notches in the frame for support

this is the kind of stuff that makes me not wanna buy someone elses work. I'm trying to get rid of my Belair for a bagged truck, but this makes me think twice about it. I'll be looking shit over with a fine tooth comb if i ever do.

I have seen those bag brackets rip off like that tooooo many times.  Actually the first truck I bagged like that did it also so I learned the hard way.  You should always beef up the frame at major stress points like that....how many times have we heard Seth make mention of that.  Where was he about 5 years back when it happened to me?  LOL  You still have a nice looking truck bro-its for the best it happened because now it will be even nicer.

not sure who built the truck, i do know i swapped a bad ass bodied blazer for what i got now, which i regret at the moment but im sure i wont once i get done...devin rosso out of N.C. built my blazer and i wish i had the money to get him to redo this truck
