Cheverlet 3500 Crew Cab Dually - How much?

      Ok so i saw this in town and just wanted to know what everyone thought it was worth.  I do not know what year it is, so if someone has a lot of chevy knowledge and can tell from the front end that'd be cool too.
     It was obviously a work truck and the mileage says 27000. There does not seem to be a hundred thousands place so i can only guess its probably over 200,000 or at least 100,000. Sign says "rebuilt motor and transmission runs great". Due to the low light i couldn't get an interior shot but then again it wasn't anything special (or clean)....

Just hoping to get an idea of what it might be worth cause the sign also said "$4,500.00" which i thought was high. Thanks in advance.

id give 1500 tops because with the lack of tailgate the bedsides are more than likely spread out the body is super rough, and its been used and abused, better off finding a nicer truck if you really want that body style, they can be found in near mint condition in between 6 and 7 thousand

mine is an 82 and ther front end looks the same i know they made them up till 87 ...but thats so much for that truck
