98 chevy **more questions now **

SO I PUT ON SOME 20'S TODAY WITH A 245.35.20 AND I'M STILL TUCKIN TO MUCH WHEEL....ITS PROBABLY A POSSIBILITY THE SPRINGS HAVE BEEN MODIFIED,THEY SEEM SHORT FOR A FULLSIZE LOL..SO WHAT DO STOCK SPRINGS MEASURE OUT TO BE AND IS THERE A WAY TO MEASURE A DROP SRPING COMPARED TO STOCK AND SEE THE TOTAL DROP DIFFRENCE?? WHAT IS THE TALLEST SPRING YOU CAN RUN AND KEEP DROP SPINDLES,AND LOST BUT NOT LEAST HOW DO I TELL IF ITS A DROP SPINDLE??

anybody know of a tire size that would help me come up a bit

measure your overall diameter and increase it with the profile of the tire, its really simple. I have seen 22's on your bodystyle with a 5/7 drop. if your scared, go with 20's and lo pro's

I dont understand how anyone can run anything bigger than a 20 on a 98 with a 5/7 drop. I run a 255?/35R20 I think on my 98 with a 4/6 and I rub on my inner fender lip. I couldnt imagine turning with it being an inch lower with a bigger rim. Not saying you cant do it, since its been done, I just dont get it. I must have a goofy offset on my 20s.

not wanting to go bigger just tryin to get an idea of what size tire i could run...my inner guts have been removed
