You can add a 73-87 1/2 ton front x member up front to make it a 5 bolt with disc brakes fairly cheap if you have halfway to decent bartering skills for the parts from a wrecker. A set of drop spindles and air springs along with  a 3 inch z will get the front laying out from there. As far as keeping the rear trailing arms and laying out you will need a healthy size frame notch and a serious rebuild on the front mounting x member to make it happen. You will also find that the short factory panhard bar will pull the diff to one side a good amount. There will also be a fairly large pinion angle change with the stock trailing arms. You will probably be happier with a 4 link over the stock parts in the end. I would start with a 73-87 1/2 ton rear axle (it's 5 bolt) and then begin looking at link options from there. A paralell 4 link with a long panhard or a watts link is a good fit on the fairly narrow chevy frame. A pair of sleeve bags will give you a pretty nice ride on the rear if you are looking to stay simple on bag mounting. As far as pricing goes I wouldn't even know where to start for you. Kinda depends on your tools, experience, overhead costs etc. You will have to take all of that into consideration and come up with a number both sides can live with. Good luck on it man.
