Gravity-werx? Anyone having problems with them?

They will not return my phone calls.  Mike was very helpful when I purchased the 4link kit.  They left a set a bushings out and he sent a pair out promptly.  Now I discovered that they only sent me 4" bolts, which are not long enough for the lower bars.  I need 4.5" bolts but cant get them to respond.   

Then go to the hardware store and buy 4.5" bolts, it would be a lot faster.

I have ordered several times from them and have never had any problems.  The only time I had any issue was with a couple of missing tabs on a 4-link kit.  They sent me the tabs a couple days later.  I only contacted them in emails.

Ive never had any problems dealing with mike.  Maybe hes been busy, or has some personal issues going on.  Just keep hitting him up, im sure he will get back to you soon.  

Never had a problem with them. I know Mike personly, so if you would like for me to try and get ahold of him I would be more then happy to let him know. I know when I ordered from him, I actually went and picked it up. But I bought a fourlink, and didn't get bolts, so consider yourself lucky. But I know for a fact they have grade 8 bolts at LOWES that long and they don't cost that much.

I bought parts from him in the past with no problems...Im sure hell get back to you soon

gravity werx is good people. he is usually busy during the day.
