I have an 03 dime with the 4.3. I left it parked for a week and when I came back it wont start. It turns over great and acts if it is attempting to start but never really does. A few important details.....I've had the bed off for about 2 months so the tank and cap and all are exposed. i've driven it like this with no issues and now that I leave for a week and come back it wont run. I've tried dumping in some water remover, I've tried starting fluid, and gas straight into the throttle body but nothing but a lil stumbleing attempt to run. I'm at a loss because before I left it ran great and now nothing. It's got almost 80k....could it be the timing assembly? or can a little water in the fuel cause this much problem? Any help guys??<!-- google_ad_section_end --><!-- / message --><!-- google_ad_section_start( weight="ignore)" -->

Try the ground wire for the fuel pump it grounds at the back of the frame and you may have taken loose when you removed your bed. It grounds at the same place as your tail lights.
