i seen the other thread about the 22's, but i have a few other questions...im completely new to duallies and fullsizes...for that matter,...what is needed to be done to get the 22" semi wheels to tuck on a 90 model chevrolet 1 ton dually?, i seen a set on a dodge and they stuck out bad in the back....do i have to buy all 6 wheels or can i use 4 and change the other 2 tires in the rear to match the height of the new wheels?

you can run regular inners with a tire to match but i'm not sure how much it helps.the one i'm working on will be getting narrowed 4" each side for sure, maybe 4.5.

so im assuming its obviously easier to just go with direct bolt-ons such as the 19.5's...

yes direct bolt on 19.5 are easier but theres no company making lowprofile tires that fit , if you go with direct bolt 19s you can get tires thou. http://www.brentzwheels.com    they have direct bolt 19s and 22s

there is different offset semi wheels that will tuck in the rear talk to trevor at tn wheel and tire he can get them. either that or you can get a rear end out of a cab and chassis truck which is narrower. check out duallyscene.com there is alot of usefull info there.

There are basically several ways to put semi wheels on your Chevy. -You can put 4 wheels with a16" inner with a matched tire and the wheels will stick out around 1.5" depending on the width of your rearend.-You can put all 6 wheels on the truck and they will stick out anywhere from 2.5"-4" again depending on the width of your rearend.-Buy our Townasty wheel (different offset and designed to run with a stock 16" steel inner) and they will either sit perfectly flush with your fenders or tuck inside them. You also have the option of narrowing the rearend or widening the dually fenders. If you have any other questions I will be more than happy to help you out with answering them.
