what is the advantage of doing this? do you flip just the bottom, the top, or both? how does it affect the suspension geometry, i thought i read once that it causes some toe problems. and is it even necessary if im just laying out on 18's with stock arms and drop spindles? thanks.

I flipped the ball joints on my 91 Toyota without any problems & they have been that way for awhile now. I flipped the upper & lower joints...I also had a shop with an in floor allignment machine set the front toe for me so my tires dont lean in & cause the steering to be way off.
