what do i need to lay out an ibeam ranger (96) on 20s and also lay one one out on 22s.... and yes i know about the yota clip but not going to happen..... i know it can be done but im just not completly sure

haha glad to see someone else wanting to accomplish what im doin right now...the rear is just like doin any other truck but as far as the front its gonna take a lot of work...im not sure on yours depending on the engine but i had to notch my djm dream beams to clear the oil pan, you could also change the i beam mounts....i would definately reccomend taking off the bushings on the end of the i beams and weld on some sort of pivoting mount such as a heim, jimmy joint, or small super pivot, on mine i only have a 2 inch wide mounting space so im either going to run a jimmy joint or large heim with misalignment spacers....custom make some radius arms...also with large wheels you wont be able to mount your bags traditionally on the end of the beams so either go inside the frame rails off the radius arms or get creative and do somethin different, personally im goin to run a cantilever setup front and rear since mine is stock floored im gonna need a lot of lift to untuck my wheels for turning

shoot yourself in the face, its about that much fun for anything bigger then 18s.

LOL. ^^ I dont get the 'i beam pride' thing. Its a shitty design for adjustable suspension as it is, and a nightmare for big wheels. Nevermind achieving enough lift and proper alignment for drivabilty. People do yota clips for a reason. why is it "not going to happen"?

its not my truck.. i personally dont like fords but my buddy is limitd and this is just a play truck for him... cant u lower the i beam mounts under the truck to get a little more lowere so it will clear the oil pan.

Its not worth it I-BEAMS SUCK its that simple. One of the reasons I sold my ranger is because I-beams suck. You will go through tires like crazy I-beams are not user friendly when it comes to adjustable suspension. My next project will have nothing to do with I-Beams.....Good luck

Ibeam pride. That's great! I have a do it right pride. I have a pride for suspension that doesn't move in 16 different directions through it's range of travel.
