when i go to make my custom dash im goin to install a SPECTRE plenum for reg carb. im converting from tbi to carb because all the sensors have been removed or are out of whack so bad it burns rich and is an eyeburner. plus edel brock makes an intake ,valve covers ,etc. im gonna clean up the wiring also have deleted air cond and heater. my custom dash will consist of a drivers, passenger seperate dashes with a removable engine cover that will be cut low enough to show the edelbrock headers. basically dressin out the top end instead of an engine swap. its only got 80k miles and with the gas issue u can see why im stayin with the cruise type engine.right now my air cleaner(k&n) is pretty close to the windshield from zing the frame. so an air plenum will redirect the air intake for some cooler air once its covered.
