Ranger offset question

Ok looking at some wheels, 18x8 and they are available in +2mm and +14mm and I need to know which if either will fit my 01?  specs Option 1: 18x8 +14 mm 4.989 backspacing Option 2: 18x8 +2 mm 4.517 backspacing

I would run the +14 but that still could be tight I know that with my 22x8.5 i'm running a +38 and they are real close up front had to narrow the back 3"

Well the Cragars I had from all the info I can find were 0, this is one of those areas I know NOTHING about. I got zero room for errors on this one which is why I'm trying to figure this out.

with my bd, I had to run a +45, pretty sure they were 8" wide but there is a chance they were a 7.5" so I guess I'm not going to be much help.   I ran spacers in the front but out back there was none.  Might not need as much though if you aren't bd'd 

if you go with a 45 your sure not to run into any problems

The high offset is especially important if you still have your flairside
