i have a 94 yota reg cab and i need to cut out my inner fenders for clearance. any body got any pics for relocating everything thats mounted to them? it is also a daily driver so reliability is also a key factor. any help would be much appreciated

are you static or adjustable? I am static and I have reshaped my innerfenders completely with a 3lb sledgehammer. lots of work but I still ave inner fenders and can run skinny 22's dropped 4" out front. reshaping them raised them around 3.5"

i am static but will be on bags soon,i dont plan on running bigger wheels than 17s that i have now. when you reshaped them do they look good and did everything that was bolted to them bolt back up? with you runnin 22s i should be able to lay frame and reshape my inner fenders with 17s easily

Ive seen our body style yota laid out on 17's with the stock unmodified fron innerfenders still intact minus the sharp stuff (obviously) and they laid out fine. I don't have the plastic if you are talking about those, those were the first to go, they rubbed when it was barely lowered. I removed all of the bolts and nuts that ent through the fenderwell for obvious reasons but most of the stuff that was mounted is still there but mounted without bolts going through the fenderwell. The fender doesn't look too bad but you can tell it has been reshaped since I did it with a sledge hammer still on th truck. they look like trailer fenders now but they also have burn spots from me going to a bigger diameter wheel before raising it to clear. I set it up to where it barely clears when the suspension is compressed with just me in the truck. I also flared my fenders to be able to turn but thats another topic. on yours you should be able to get away with a 205-40-17 with a 17x7 till its bodydropped if you are going that way, then it would need some cutting.

when i start trimming the inner fenders can i cut the fender supports also? i see a lot of body dropped trucks that have nothing there but fender and radiator support.this would help because mine is a little bent from a wreck and cutting it would be easier than putting it on a rack and straitening it.

Using a hammer is not the correct way!Take the time ,& work to do it right!Cut away the inner fenders & weld in new ones ( trailer fenders) work best & don't cost all that much!Even if  your just  static dropped,( you will probalby bag it later),so do it right the first time ,& save your self time & money!

we cut away flush with the firewall to right at the core support away on mine. of course im bodied. im going to put in trailer fenders later but for now its ok. also my fuse box and everything else is relocated to behind the dash.....(well no dash in right now but you get the idea) only real wiring in the engine compartment is to my headlights. and my battery was relocated behind the passenger seat but i think im gonna put it back under the hood when i get to that point again. anyways i dont have a pic right now but i can try and take one tomorrow and post it.
