here is the color for the top

perfect rendering  not sure if the black will end up like this or just be a simple straight line

had to fix where i deformed the fender while rolling the lips

shaved the rear wiper and pisser

put some tape on the car to see if i liked it. still not sure

shaved the humps on the front bumper

plastic sucks

how it looks now needs a little more sanding and the front bumper needs to be smoothed out

It's looking good! I like the paint layout and the subtle mods!  Will you please do something with the antenna?

Are you going to leave the reflector on the bumpers?

Very cool. Love the design.

the reflectors will all stay but im gonna tint them with grey so they blend in. i was gonna mold them all in but after trying to shave the humps i found out how much of a pain it is to mess with plastic. i just dont want to shave a bunch of stuf and have it crack in a month. any idea on what to do with the antenna?

How did you do the plastic? Did you plastic weld it or use some sort of adhesive? My friend hates those fake push bar things on his hhr.

i used Fusor 143 i think. its stong but it took a $20 tube just to do the 2 humps. it seems to bond good but plastic scares me. it was a pain getting the fillers shaped right. that fusor cures so fast you have to do it in small batches

Get a hidden antenna, make sure its a powered one, they work much better... http://www.dakotadigital.com/index.cfm/page/ptype=product/product_id=105/category_id=110/home_id=59/mode=prod/prd105.htm something like that one, but that one is a little pricey...
