well ive been getting alot of shit lately for my front tires. they are the 265/35-22's that trevor suggests on his wheels. im not entirely sure on the weight of my truck but someone said its "about" 7000lbs. the tires are max rated at almost 1900 apeice. i drive my truck daily, do i truthfully have anything to worry about? or is everyone pulling the legal and this is what this says mumbo jumbo. i mean a ton of trucks pull with these wheels and tires right? like bagged dogs, matt spence and even bill carlton is running low pro's on his new tow pig, kodiack or k 4500 or whatever it is. ive put about 2000 miles on the wheels and tires and they dont show any premiture wear or anything. plus it has gotten about 104 where ive taken 4 hour long trips of straight driving on them. what does everyone think please dont whore my thread till i get some honest answer's

I think the dually crewcabs w/ 7.4 come in at just under 6000 lbs.
with the extended cabs ~5400

Ducks old blue dually had that tire size and he pulled his hauler all over the country.

hey man you are all right cause what you are reading is the load weight of that tire not take that and double it andthat is 3800 pounds for just the frontof your truck then you have the 4 tires in the back so you are more than with in the specs of those tires cause you truck roughly prolly weighs close to 6500 pounds. mine is a crew cab with a 454 in it and it tip the scales at 6560 empty. so you are fine i have 16's om mine 225/60/16 and they are load rated at 900-1000 pounds and with as heavy as the front is i am not showing any where on mine at all and i have been to gator drag and back and then to scrapin the coast and back and jackson mississippi and back andi live in florida and they are doing just fine.. so you you are ok ...

Simple math, Brother.

7000 lbs. / 6 tires = 1,166 lbs per wheel (give or take)

Your not putting all 7000 lbs on one wheel/tire.

That still leaves you 734 lbs, per tire, before you reach the weight rating. So, if I understand correctly, that still leaves you 2,936 lbs of available tongue/hitch weight in the rear.

Somebody slap me if I'm wrong, but I think your okay.
