well i sold my 98 sebring lxi back in march, i purchased the from my inlaws for 200 bux after my brother inlaw wrecked it, it wasnt that bad really,so roughly 500 bux later, just the lower control arms, swaybar end link, and a wheel an tire and i was on the road, i drove the car for roughly 6-7 months before i sold it...i got 2000 for it, i made a killin on this car, but the tranny silenoid pac was messin up soemtimes before i got rid of the car, it needed shocks/struts, and a set of tires....well i just got the car back for free from the guy i sold it to, i had to trailor it home cuz he wrecked the car (thank god he is ok and was the only car)well due to his lack of driving ability he starts hydroplaining a lil and automatically slams the brake and hit the wall, as far as i can see without taking anything apart it will need the above stated repairs, fenders, hood, bumper, headlights, fog lights, core support, radiator, and other parts im sure i cant see, plus both airbags popped out and i will have to get that fixed before it will pass inspection, plus paint to make the car right... well im a minitrucker at heart and would much rather spend the time and money on a minitruck but, i have a 1 ton dually tow rig, and now i got the car back, it still runs, a/c-heat, clean leather interior etc., i do like the fact of havin a potentially really clean nice kinda luxury daily to drive instead of the dually...i just dont know if i should fix it and drive it, fix it and sell it again and possibly eat up all my profit in the repairs, or sell it to the scrap yard for th eusable parts....i need sum outside help with this decision, any input is greatly appreciated....sorry for the book.... <!--ibf.attachment_1265195--><!-- THE POST -->

I would scrap it myself. For the amount of money it will take to make it right again you will be further ahead to invest in another driver. You did good on this car once already, odds of it happening twice aren't likely in your favor. My 2 cents anyways

Just scrap the thing, a 98 Sebring really isn't worth much at all.

throw that thing in the trash. my father in laws sebring we had to pay 950 to have a fucking water pump replaced. that thing is a bitch to work on. had to raise the motor and pull the timing chain just to change the water pump.

Scrap it. Like somebody already said. you made cash on it once. Call it a day.

or

Make a sweet demo derby car and drive around town with no fear of people giving you door dings. I always wanted a car I could just smash into sh!t with and not care
