ATTN Florida Mini Truckers - Picnic - Confirmed 8/8/2009!!!!!

Ok, we went back and forth on these dates but this is the confirmed date of the Severed Ties Florida Chapter picnic at Lake Park in Lutz, Florida.  8/8.  It begins around 11am.  Bring you own food/drinks and do what you can to bring out your rides.  They have a huge area in the back side of the park where we can have a ton of vehicles park.  The first picnic was very successful back in Nov 2008 with the following clubs coming out: Mini Madness, Freaks of Nature, Relaxed Atmosphere and of course Severed Ties.  We would like to see a bunch more people/clubs come out and we will begin having this every quarter.  Also, the Mini Truck Hangout in New Tampa is the same night.  Come out for the picnic and stay for the night hangout as well.

Heads up to everyone coming.. the big pavilion was already rented out but there are shade trees.  Bring a pop up if you can.  There is no major event going on at the park that day and it is big enough to hold several hundred vehicles.  Last thing, when you roll into Lake Park and come to the stop sign you go right.  Follow that road back past the first park area and around the turn.  You will see where everyone will be gathering (back right corner of the second park area).  Hope to see everyone out.   Late - ST FL 

Jason I told Matt last night that I will be bringing a pop up and a couple of chairs, so we should be covered. I will most likely be riding with Joey. let me know if there's anything else I need to bring or if we need to get there early or anything

Everyone, I want to say that it was good to see every one unite like we did at the memorial cruise!!! this was unforgetable, let's do it again!!! Just to let everyone know, the tampa mini truck meet is that same night, we are planning on having a cruise over to the minitruck hangout in tampa so in the day BBQ and fun!! and cruise night at night, a one hole day event!! should be fun, what time does the minitruck hangout start?? so we can get a good time to leave all together... i will be there reppin it!!! everyone comming out, this a park, if you have a grill bring it,bring your coolers,and bring your trucks and hell if your selling stuff bring it with u good chance to sell some stuff... see everyone there!! callie u suck!!! it's all about your concert!!! hahah

Just an update to everyone.. we will be there rain or shine.  As far as grilling out goes, there is a grill there plus a few people will be brining a grill.  Depending on how much people show up, the grilling may take awhile.  You may want to stop and pickup a Publix sub or something like that so you don't have to worry about making your grub.. Either way just giving everyone a heads up.  I've spoken with a lot of people so this should be pretty big.  I hope we see a good turnout. This is the second picnic and we plan on having them 4 times per year going forward.  See everyone Saturday....... post up here if you have any questions!

I want to thank every club that came out and hung out with us on saturday, this was a great turnout, we had a blast... the picnic area was off the chain!!! it has room for alot more bigger picnics..and thanks jason for bringing the gas grill ... ..I tell you the highlight of the day was when one of the freak boys loaded thier truck on the river dock!! wow that was abstract!!! and i got pics!!! the weather was actually pretty nice...see everyone there next year!! Thanks to ACROFREAKS OF NATUREXTREME LOWZNC and our severed Jacksonville boys, who made the 300 mile trip to grill and have good time....thanks !!!
