where to buy steel

im looking for some places in nor cal to buy some steel so i dont have to pay the damn shipping prices. anyone know of a good place thats reasonably priced? let me know ASAP

Blue collar supply in Sacramento would be one of the better places to buy things. 

do they have 2x4 or 2x3 there?
