Get ghetto on it, and jam a flathead into the ign lock, the only thing thats holding it in is a little pin on the bottom side of the ignition lock, you may be able to take a real small punch and smack the pin and it may break off and let it turn so you can get it out.

If you havent changed the ignition out yet. Remove the passenger side door lock and there should be a code on it that a locksmith can use to make you a new key. Ive had to do it a couple times, and it was cheaper and easier than replacing the locks and ignition.

you have to drill the release pin out,its on the bottom of the column were the cylinder is.

Ahh Matt, what the hell! You didn't have a spare key? Bet you'll have one next time

Matt, make sure you center punch that pin really good, the surrounding column is made out of paper compared to the lock pin, if you slip off bad things can happen.  If you know anyone with an older Ford, try their keys. Ford really got lazy with key patterns in the mid to late eighty's and I have seen many cars share keys.
