in the welding technique thread. you mentioned that you can stitch weld everything. so if i just turn the heat up more i can stitch weld it and it still be strong

If you are going to stitch weld it always a good idea to make sure that the metal is ground clean. The grey scale that is on most material makes it tough for a stitch weld to penetrate properly. Also, if you live in a cold climate, it's a good idea to pre-heat the material so that the weld can penetrate easily. With that and dialing in your welder, you can easily get away with stitch welding everything (within reason).

what if i bevel the edges aswell. will that help it penetrate better
