I HAVE A 1990 CHEVY 1500 WITH BELL TECH SPINDLES AN I KEEP ON EATIN UP WHEEL BEARINGS EVERY 3 MONTHS IM THINKING ALINMENT IS OFF. I CHECK TO SEE IF ITS BENT BUT ITS NOT CUS FIRST OFF I HAVE NEVER DONE ANYTHING TO BEND THE SPINDLE SO DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY INFO THAT CAN HELP ME?

wow, let more than an hour pass before you get all bumpty bump and angry. Have you replaced the races and seals? What type of grease are you using? Have you taken the truck to an alignment shop after you lowered it? Have had some one else look at the truck other than your self, to see if you are missing something? Do you have to use all caps?

Sorry for the caps i really wasnt paying attention . and i am not angry? yeah one of my buddies looked at it and he cant figure it out cus i also put the stock spindles backon it and it still did it and yes i took it a couple of times to.i change out both inner and outer races and i am just useing the wheel bearing grease that you can get at the parts house?

You packing the bearings correctly?  How much are you tightening down the spindle nut? What Torque?

no sorry im not over tightenig them i have checked that my buddie which he is a cerdfied tech for gm he came by to take a look at it and he is confused as y they are going out so quick? i have change the spindles out 3 times i have 3 sets and they r all doing it.and yes i am packing the bearings correctly i have the matco bearing packing tool and i have also done it by hand

What wheel offset are you running up front?
