what size dirt bike should i get?

i used to ride when i was little and quit, i have no idea what size bike to get now, i kinda want to ride trails but i really want to start jumping again. so what size bike should i get? im 5'10 and 145 pounds. kinda would like to stick to honda, but let me know what you guys think iv been out of that scene for a long ass time, thanks doods

honda crf250f  it's a good light bike for jumping plenty of torque for the trails and plenty off power for your size also if you want more there is all kinds of upgrades you can do to it 

cool man is the honda 250 a 2 or 4 stroke? i think its 4... thanks for the imput iv heard that alot of people ride them

For your weight/height  I would look for a  used CR125.  They are a good all around bike and they are 2 stroke
