Max, I was wondering if there is any books that you use as references well you are building a frame or suspension setup? Or do you refer to stock? Also what "single-tube bypass shock" were you talking about in Minitruckin and what minor tweaks would have to be done? Thanks

Engineer to Win and Tune to Win are good books to learn all kinds of suspension and chassis information from, Chassis Engineering is another good one to check out. Any large book store should be able to order them for you. Factory frame diagrams are a good source of dimensional info as well, they can be had through the dealer or a body shop.

A typical bypass shock has a final stage of valving (called full bump) that is obscenely stiff and will warrant the need to mount the resevoir in a non favorable place on the shock body. I have the valving droped way back and the resevoir mounted in a traditional location.
